19 year old Alicia Smith of Webster was arrested on 02/21/13 for Burglary in the 3rd degree after an investigation revealed that she unlawfully enetered a dentist's office on East Main St in the Village of Victor overnight and stole cash. Smith was arraigned in Victor Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $250.00 cash bail. She is to reappear in Victor Town Court at a later date
