The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of Kenneth Mikko, 48, of Canandaigua after police responded to Eddie Obriens bar and grille on South Main Street for a disturbance. Investigation concluded Mikko had refused to pay his bar tab of $14.00. He was confronted by management which escalated into a phyiscal confrontation. Mikko was charged with theft of services and harassment in the 2nd degree. He was issued appearance tickets for city court at a later date.
