On February 16th, 2013 at 7:44pm Seneca Falls Police arrested John R. Walter age 29 of 32 Chapel Street Seneca Falls New York 13148 for Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Content of .18% of 1 or Greater, Open Container of Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle, Failure to Keep Right, and Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Mobile Phone. This arrest resulted from a traffic stop of Walter's vehicle on Cowing Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Walter was arraigned in front of acting Seneca Falls Justice Mattoon and was released to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on March 13th 2013 at 11:00am for his next hearing.
