On February 17th, 2013 at 1:47am Seneca Falls Police arrested Tyler V. Decker age 19 of 1 Toledo Street Seneca Falls New York 13148 for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with a Blood Alcohol Content of .08 of 1% or greater, Failure to Keep Right, and Driving on a Sidewalk. The arrest resulted from a traffic stop in which Decker was observed operating a motor vehicle that crossed the center line and then proceeded to drive over the curb and onto the sidewalk. Decker was released on uniform traffic tickets and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on February 28th, 2013 at 10:00am to answer his charges.
