On 2/12/2013 at approximately 9:37PM, the Seneca Falls Police arrested Andrew V. Bivens Jr, age 50, of 11 Logan Street Auburn, NY 13201. Bivens was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd and Failure to Signal and was released on traffic tickets. Bivens has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 2/28/2013 at 10:00AM to answer the charges.
