On the 8th of February 2013 at approximately 4:01pm the Seneca Fall Police Department arrested Andrew B Hamilton, age 30, of 88 Rosecroft Dr Rochester NY. The arrest stems from a property damage accident that occured around 3:49pm on State Route 89 in the Town of Seneca Falls. Hamilton's vehicle slid off the road due to weather conditions. Hamilton was issued tickets for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Unlicensed Operator, and Failure to Maintain Designated Lane. Hamitlon is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 7th of March 2013 at 10:00am to answer the charges.
