On 02-04-13 the defendant 18 year old Darryl Ballard of Rochester was arrested for harassment at Campus Gates located at 4350 Lakeshore Dr in the Town of Hopewell. This was after he allegedly elbowed an R.A. of building # 1 while passing by her.
Mr. Ballard was released to appear in the Town of Hopewell at a later date to answer to the charge.
