On 2/3/2013 at approximately 2:45AM, the Seneca Falls Police responded to a large underage drinking party at a private residence on Chapel Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. While on scene officer’s located a fifteen year old male who was highly intoxicated and was in need of medical attention. At the completion of the investigation police charged an 18 year old male with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Unlawful Possession of Alcohol under the age of 21 and 15 counts of Unlawfully Dealing with a child. The eighteen year old male was arraigned at the Village of Waterloo Court where he was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash bail $4,000 in bond. The male has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 2/13/2013 at 10:00AM.
On 2/3/2013 at approximately 01:23AM, the Seneca Falls Police arrested Zachary A. Caraway, age 20 of 19 Frederick Street Auburn, NY 13021. Police responded to an underage drinking party at a private residence on Chapel Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. While being taken into custody Caraway fought with officers and continued to act in a belligerent manner while at the station. Caraway was charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Mischief. Caraway was arraigned at the Village of Waterloo Court where he was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, $10,000 ins bond. Caraway is to re-appear at the Village of Waterloo Court on 2/5/2013 at 10:00AM.
