23 year old Amanda Estey was stopped for passing a stop sign on Outlet Road in the Town of Manchester. It was later determined that she was intoxicated and impaired by drugs and she was arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired by drugs & alcohol combination. She will appear at a later date in the Manchester Town Court to answer to the charges.
