On 1/28/13, 41-year old Christine Maddox of Waterloo was arrested for Petit Larceny after she was observed taking $53.39 worth of merchandise from inside a store on %&20 in Geneva, concealing the items on her person and then passing all points of sale, without making any attempt to pay for such items.
Ms Maddox is out on a $5000 bond stemming from a charge out of Seneca County Court and therefor was subsequently arraigned in front of Judge Dox in Geneva Town Court and committed to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail ($1,500/53,000).
Ms Maddox will have to re-appear in Geneva Town Court on a later date to answer the charges. Case closed by arrest.
