On 1/28/13 31-year old Daniel Milton Luce of Dansville was stopped for traveling too fast through an accident scene in Canadice. After a brief investigation he was charged with speed not reasonable for the hazards and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 2nd degree. He was arraigned in Canadice Town Court by Justice Schaefer and committed to jail on $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bond.
