On 01-28-13, at or about 8:10AM, Sheriff Deputies arrested 18-year old Jacob Russell Dapp of Farmington for speeding and unlawful possession of marijuana. This occurred after a traffic stop for speeding on Lynaugh Road, in the Town of Victor. Dapp was stopped for speeding and upon further investigation was found to have marijuana on him. Dapp was issued appearance tickets and will answer to both cahrges in the Town of Victor Court at a later date.
