On 01/27/13 at or about 5:40 PM Ontario County Sheriff Deputies arrested 31-year old Joseph J. Vanderhoof of Shortsville for obstructing governmental administration in the second degree. He is accused of interfering with Sheriff Deputies during a larceny investigation. He was arraigned in Manchester Town Court before Judge Butler and committed to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of cash bail or insurance bond. He will appear in Manchester Town Court again on a later date.
