23-year old Mark Taylor of Canandaigua was stopped for speeding eastbound on County Road 30 in the Town of Canandaigua. It was later determined that he was in an intoxicated condition and he was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He will appear at a later date in Canandaigua Town Court to answer to the charges.
