On January 26th, 2013 Seneca Falls Police arrested Spencer G. Stone age 23 of 129 East Main Street Waterloo New York, 13148 for Aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, and Failure to keep right. Arrest resulted from a traffic stop on West Bayard Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Stone was released on UTT's and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on February 21st, 2013 at 10:00am to answer his charges.
