On Friday, January 25, 2013 18-year old Nicholas Presicci and 17-year old Eliana Korn, both of Penfield, were arrested subsequent to an incident at Lord and Taylor at Eastview Mall in the Town of Victor. It is alleged that Mr. Presicci worked in-concert with a juvenile to steal $277.49 worth of merchandise from Lord & Taylor damaging $198.00 worth of said merchandise in the process. It is alleged that Ms. Korn stole $98.98 in merchandise from Lord and Taylor and was found to be in possession of $37.49 worth of stolen merchandise from Wet Seal (also at Eastview Mall) of which she had damaged $22.50 worth. Both Presicci and Kom were found to illegally be in possession of a controlled substance. Both were charged with Petit Larceny, Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree. Mr. Presicci was also charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Ms. Korn was also charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree. Both were released on appearance tickets and will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
