On the 8th of January 2013 around 8:27pm Joseph E. Bell III age 31 , of 56 Seymore St Auburn NY 13021 was arrested by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. The Seneca Falls Police Department initiated a traffic stop on State Route 318 for a vehicle that was traveling in a easterly direction on State Route 318 and
traveling faster then the posted speed limit. Officers met with the
operator(Joseph Bell). Officers learned that Bells drivers license had been
suspended for failure to pay fine out of Cayuga County. Bell was issued
citations for Speeding, Uninspected motor vehicle, and Aggravated Unlicensed
Operation. Bell is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 24th of
January 2013 to answer the charges.
