On the 12th of January 2013, Scott J Green age 48 of 6633 Route 90 Lower Back Cayuga New York 13034 was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated by the Seneca Falls Police Department. Around 12:53 am. The Seneca Falls Police Department observed Green's vehicle run a stop sign on Fall St and then observed Green's vehicle cross over the yellow line while Green's
vehicle was traveling west on Fall St. The Seneca Falls Police Department then
initiated a traffic stop on Walnut Street. Officers could detect a strong odor
of an alcoholic beverage coming from inside Green's Vehicle. Green was issued
an appearance ticket for Driving While Intoxicated and was also issued uniform
traffic tickets for Failing to Stop at a Stop Sign and Failure to use
Designated Lane. Green is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on
the 24th of January 2013 at 10:00 am.
