On 1/11/13, 57-year old Anne Pugsley of Middlesex was involved in a single car property damage accident on West Ave. Middlesex. She was put through a series of field sobriety tests and found to be in an intoxicated condition. Pugsley was transported to the Yates County Public Safety Building for testing and issued tickets for DWAI (drugs) and Fail To Maintain Lane. She will answer to them in the Town of Middlesex Court.
