On Friday, January 11, 2013 27-year old Joseph R. Alessi of Rochester was arrested in the parking lot of Eastview Mall for a charge of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He is alleged to have possessed a small plastic bag containing marijuana. He was issued and appearance ticket and released. He will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
