On Monday, January 07, 2013 18 year old Emily Lasher and 17 year old Courtney Bugbee were arrested at Eastview Mall and each charged with Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Ms. Lasher stole 3 wallets, one winter hat, and an iPhone case with a total value of $432.00 and Ms. Bugbee stole a wallet valued at $138.00 from the Lord and Taylor store at Eastview Mall in the Town of Victor.
Both defendants were issued appearance tickets and released; they will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
