Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of Timothy J. Powers, 32, of Canandaigua for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the third degree, aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and unlicensed operator after he took a vehicle from an address on Saltonstall Street without the owners permission. Powers was committed to the Ontario Co Jail where he will await arraignment.
