Farmington Teen Allegedly Refuses to Leave Residence

The Canandaigua Police Dept. reports the arrest of Nicolas A. Cordello, 18, of Farmington, following an investigation taking place on 12/01/12 where police responded to a disturbance on Phoenix Street. It was later determined Cordello was unlawfully remaining at a residence after being told several times by the tenant to leave the property. On 01/07/13, Cordello was arrested on an Arrest Warrant for criminal trespass in the 2nd degree, issued out of the Canandaigua City Court. He was committed to the Ontario County Jail where he will await arraignment.
