Ontario County Sheriffs deputies arrested 35-year old Jason Miller of Canandaigua for felony DWI, aggravated DWI, endangering the walfare of a child and harassment in the 2nd degree. All charges stem from a disturbance at his residence. The endangering charge is due to the fact that a child under the age of 15 witnessed the incident. Jason submitted to a Datamaster test which determind that he was at or above .18. Jason also has a prior DWI within the last ten years making this DWI a felony.
