On 1/4/13, 50-year old Miguel Santiago of Rochester was traveling southbound on Brace Rd in Bloomfield when he lost control of his 1998 Ford Windstar on the snow covered road. The vehicle crossed the center line and struck a snow bank off the east side of the road. It was determined that Santiago was intoxicated at the time of the accident and he was arrested for DWI Santiago was charged with Aggravated DWI, Speed not reasonable and prudent, and Failure to keep right He will answer the charges in East Bloomfield Town Court at a later date.
