Two Arrested with Possession of "Molly" Powder

The City of Canandaigua Police Department charged Benjamin Wright, age 25, of 4935 Elm Street, North Rose, with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony and

Danielle Wunder, age 21, of 50 West Avenue, Geneva, with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor.

Wright and Wunder were observed ingesting "Molly" a powder form of MDMA in a vehicle parked on Mill Street at about 12:30 am on January 1, 2013. Upon further investigation it was determined Wright had supplied the drug.

Wright was remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash $10,000 bond and Wunder was released on an appearance ticket.
