On 01/02/13, at 3045 County Complex Drive, in the town of Hopewell, 31 year old Melissa McCollum of Clifton Springs was arrested on a warrant. The warrant was issued out of the Victor Town Court on 12/23/12 for an attempted petit larceny that occurred on 05/26/11. Ms. McCoUum was arraigned at the Victor Town Court in front of Judge I-Jolter. She was committed to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $1500 cash $3000 bond.
