The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of Michael Kennedy, 56, of Canandaigua following a traffic stop in the Coach Street lot. Kennedy was subsequently charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated operation of a motor vehicle with a BAC of .18% or higher and using a mobile phone while driving. Kennedy was released on traffic tickets to appear at Canandaigua City Court at a later time.
