On the 25th of December 2012 around 12:24pm The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Garrett L. Weaver age 23, of 4830 Day Rd Vernon NY for Aggrivated Unlicensed Operation. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop due to Weavers vehicle traveling 45mph in a 30 mph zone. Police conducted an investigation and learned that Weaver was operating the vehicle with a suspended drivers license. Weaver was issued traffic tickets for Speeding and for the Aggrivated unlicensed Operation. Weaver is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 10th of Janauary 2012 at 10:00am to answer the charges.
