On January 2nd 2013 around 2:44am Seneca Falls Police arrested Daniel A. Streitz Jr. age 33 of 47 Rumsey Street Apt 1 Seneca Falls New York, 13148 for DWI, Driving with .08 of 1% or more blood alcohol content, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, speed in zone, and unsafe tires. This arrest resulted from a traffic stop on State Route 5 after Streitz was observed traveling 45mph in a posted 30mph zone on Balsley Road. Streitz was released on UTT's and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on January 17th 2013 at 10:00am to answer his charges.
