16- year old Charles Andrew Ash Jr of Canandaigua was arrested on January 01, 2013 at around 2:18 PM following a domestic innocent that occurred in the Town of Canandaigua. According to Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies Mr. Ash had engaged in a physical altercation with his father, allegedly pushing and kicking him. He was arraigned before the Hopeyvell Town Court where he was committed to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $250 cash bail or $500 insurance." bond. He will appear before the Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.
