On, Monday, December 315 2012 28- year old Shannon Marie Fitzpatrick of Rochester was arrested subsequent to an investigation of a shoplifting that occurred at the Best Buy store in the Town of Victor. It is alleged that Ms. Fitzpatrick worked in concert with another person to steal two laptop computers with a total value of $1,699.98. She was issued an appearance ticket and released. She will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
