On 1/01/13 at 1100 deputies arrested Brett C. Qwens-Schlenker of East Rochester on a warrant for petit larceny after the defendant was located by East Rochester Police Department. The defendant was arraigned in Victor Town Court and remanded to Ontario County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. He will return to Victor Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
