Ontario County Sheriff Deputies responded to the location for the report of domestic type incident. Their investigation yielded that 36- year old William Carter of 61 West Ave in Geneva, struck a female victim in the face and head. Carter caused phyiscal injury to her and was arrested for assault 3 rd. Carter was transported to the Ontario County Jail to await an arraignment in the Town of Seneca Court.
