On 12/30/2012 at or about 1:03 AM John A. Larson was arrested for felony DWI and Felony Aggravated unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle on Lynaugh Road in Victor. Larson lost control of his vehicle and went into a ditch He was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree. He will answer those charges in Victor Town court at a later date.
