Phelps Teen Uses ID To Buy Alcohol

Ontario County Sheriff's Deputies say 19-year old Stephen Fox of 1270 Mott Road in Phelps was arrested at the Finger Lakes Gaming Casino for criminal impersonation 2^nd after he was discovered using an ID that did not belong to him to purchase alcohol underage. He was issued an appearance ticket for the Farmington Court at a later date.
