On 12/29/12 at 10:40pm, 19-year old Forrest C. Smith was arrested for petit larceny after he was observed stealing items from a vehicle in the parking lot of the Clifton Springs Hospital. He had a large quantity of property on him that was likely from other vehicles. He was remanded at the OC jail and will be arraigned at a later time. Clifton Springs Police Dept. and the OCSO are conducting a joint investigation to identify additional victims. Additional charges are expected.
