The City of Canandaigua Police Department charged Leporia L. Logins Jr., age 30, of 50 Canandaigua Ave, Canandaigua, with grand larceny in the third degree, a class D felony.
Logins is accused of stealing approximately $15,000 from another person by making several unauthorized bank withdrawals from the victim’s account from June to August of this year.
He was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash $2,000 bond.
