30 year old Laura Allen of Geneva was arrested on 12/16/12 at or about 7:59 P.M. in the Town of Hopwell on State Route 5. She was stopped dirving in her vehicle after she was observed operating erraticly. She was administered several field sobriety tests all of which she failed. She was arrested for Felony DWT (class E Felony), for having a previous DWI conviction within the previous 10 years. She was additionally charged with DWI-Common Law, & Aggravated DWT for having a blood alcohol content of greater than .18 (both unclassified misemeanors), unsafe pass, fail to keep right and unlawful posession of marihuana (violations). She was issued several UTT's and will appear before the Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
