16 year old Joshua McDonald of Canandaigua was arrested on 12/18/12 at 161S hours. He was arrested at the Super Wal-Mart at 4:18 P.M. located at 4238 Recreation Drive in the Town of Hopewell. He is charged with Petit Larceny. He is accused of stealing 4 items from the store valued at $67.42. He was arraigned in front of the Hopewell Town Court and was remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $500 cash or $1000 bond. He will appear before the Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
