On 12/18/12 the above individuals were arrest and charged with the following crimes while they were invlovedwith theft from Kohls on Commerce Drive in the Town of Victor. Melvin Smith & Kimberlin Lester-Benjamin - Grand Larceny 4th, Chnell Benjamin & Harshaun Jefferson - Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th, Chardae Aldridge - Possession of Burglars Tools
All defendants were taken to the Ontario County Jail were they are being held for pre-arraignement detention. The total loss of merchandise to Kohls but was recovered is $1649.39
