32 year old Frankie Coney of Rochester was arrested on a warrant signed by Judge Reed. The warrant was for a violation of the Family Court Act specifically Coney fell behind in his child support payments. Coney was arraigne din front of Judge Reed and he was sent to the Ontario County Jail with bail of $8700.00. Coney will reappear in Family Court at a later date for further court action.
