Seneca County Sheriff's Office reports that on December 16, 2012 at 08:30pm Seneca County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Lewis C. Carvalho, age 51, of 2177 E. Seneca
Street, Lodi, NY, on State Route 414 in the Town of Ovid. Carvalho was charged
with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with .08% of .1% or more, and Failure
to Keep Right. Carvalho was released on appearance tickets, and is to appear in
the Town of Ovid Court on 01/08/2013 to answer the charges.
