26 year old Keith Rose of Canandaigua was operating his 2009 GMC pick-up Northbound on State Rt 21 in the Town of Canandaigua. Mr. Rose made a right hand turn onto Parish Street Extension. The vehicle began to spin sideways and traveled off the North shoulder of the roadway. The vehicle struck a mail box then a utility pole. The vehicle then overturned and. came to rest on its top in a ditch on the North side of the roadway. Mr. Rose got himself and his passenger, 23 year old Alura Hafter of Liverpool out of the vehicle. Chesire Fire and Canandaigua Ambulance responded to the scene. Ms. Hafter was unconscious and was transported to Strong Hospital by Mercy Flight. Ms. Hafter is currently listed as guarded condition at Strong Hospital. The cause of the accident is still under investigation
