On 12/12/12, 43 year old Tina Bennett of Rochester was arrested for stealing five items, with a total value of $232.00, from the Kohl's located on Commerce Dr in the Town of Victor, The defendant was charged with Burglary in the 3rd degree since she was arrested after an incident at the Kohl's in Henrietta, NY in December 2010 and was banned from entering any Kohl's stores indefinitely. Bennett was arraigned in Victor Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
