23-year old Daryl Hilkert Jr. of Farmington was arraigned in the Town of Potter Court on December 7, 2012 at 9:30am for the charge of unlawfully growing cannabis and remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $500 cash or $1000 bond. Hilkert will reappear in the Town of Potter Court in the month of January on said charge.
