On Sunday in Canandaigua 34 year old Michelle Gayhart of Penn Yan was involved in verbal domestic with her husband. Gayharts sister in law attempted to intervene and Michelle then physically harassed her in front a 13 year old female. Gayhart was arrested for criminal mischieft 4, harassment 2 and endangering the welfare of a child. She is being held in the Ontario County Jail awaiting an arraignement.
