On 12-01-12, at or about 11:45AM, Sheriff Deputies arrested 25-year old Richard Edward Byers of Victor. The warrant was for attempted assault in the second degree. Byers was arraigned in the Town of Farmington Court and is being held on 10,000 cash bail. Byers will answer to the charge at a later date in the Town of Canandaigua.
