On 11-28-2012, SFPD arrested Lisa A Dyson age 50 of 398 Bostwick Rd Phelps, NY for Failure to Pay Fine on an original charge of Petit Larceny. Dyson was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and ROR'd to reappear on December 14th, 2012 to pay her fine. Seneca County Sheriffs Dept assisted in the executing warrant.
