On 11/28/12 at 4:20 PM, Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies arrested 25 year old Joseph Michael Kinsella at 25 Tidd Avenue in the Town of Farmington for endangering the welfare of a child. Kinsella is accused of shouting profanities and damaging property at that location in the presence of a child. He was arraigned before the Farmington Town Court and was remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $500.00 bail and $1000.00 insurance bond. He will return to the Farmmgton Town Court at a later date.
